Twin pipe & SDP
For heating in intensive livestock farming, we supply aluminum heating pipes from stock called Twin pipes with in-house developed plastic couplings.
The Twin pipes have a high heat output and are easy to mount on the wall or ceiling. The heating pipes are anodized to prevent corrosion. This means that the pipes have a long lifespan.

The system
The pipes are supplied in lengths of 6 meters and can be shortened to any desired length.
The plastic end and intermediate couplings ensure a leak-free connection through a double O-ring seal and are easy to install with the supplied stainless steel self-tapping screws.

SDP
The SDP pipe system excels with a more than complete range of products.
The basic dimensions are ø 15, 16, 20, 22, 25, 28, 32, 40 and 50 mm. The system can therefore be used as transport pipes for hot and cold drinking water in both residential and commercial construction. The polybutene pipes are available in rolls and lengths. Dismountable push-in fittings give you a free hand when expanding your installation.

The unique gland blocker is an additional safety factor, as it prevents the glands from vibrating loose and makes the threshold for “unwanted” disassembly higher. The core of the insertion fitting is the gripping ring. This is the ring that must “hold” the inserted pipe at all times. The robust SDP grip ring is made of stainless steel, which gives a familiar and safe feeling. Cut the pipe, insert the support bush, insert the pipe, push through and your reliable connection is ready!
