Air Filtration
Filter out bacteria and virusses from the incoming air before they reach your animals
Daily, a large amount of ventilation air is flowing through your stables, in which all kinds of germs can be present. Incoming air frequently contains the influenza virus, PRRS, Mycoplasma or other unpleasant pathogens that can infect your animals and can cause loss of performance. You can prevent this by applying Prismafilter’s air filters for incoming ventilation air.
Pathogens
You can’t see them, but the pathogens are everywhere
Viruses are small, the influenza virus is 0.08-0.12 micron, the H1N1 0.06-0.13 micron, PRRS 0.05-0.065 micron and Mycoplasma 0.3-0.9 micron.
They attach themselves to tiny dust or moisture particles and will enter your barn in the absence of an adequate filter system. Our filters capture these particles. This allows you to work preventively, which contributes to a healthy livestock.
Energy Efficient
Energy-efficient with long life cycle
Through innovative filter materials and designs, the resistance and high energy costs of air filters will be massively reduced and therefore we can guarantee a longer service life.
The suitable air filter mounting frames are available in metal and polymer versions, making them suitable for various applications. The filters can be installed immediately and are very user-friendly, if necessary they can be replaced in a blink of an eye.
Two-step process to fight bacteria and viruses
The filters treat the incoming air in two steps, preventing viruses and bacteria from being able to reach your livestock.
Step 1
The air passes through a dust filter. It catches the larger dust particles. Choose a pre-filter that you will have to replace periodically with a new one, or go for the washable variant
Step 2
In the second step, the air passes a fine particulate dust filter. This filter removes the viruses from the incoming stable air.
